Description Josselin Mouette 2010-03-25 21:24:14 UTC
Evince is no longer able to open password protected *gzipped* PDF documents. It claims the document is corrupt.

To reproduce, download a password-protected PDF (for example http://www.planetpdf.com/planetpdf/downloads/200015158.opn.pdf for which the password is "password"). It opens fine as is, but if you compress it with gzip, it doesn’t.

Fixed in git master and gnome-2-30 branch. Thanks for reporting.
