Patch to use banshee-panel icon for notification area if present

Banshee.NotificationArea should check for the presence of "banshee-panel" and use that for the notification area icon if it exists. Otherwise it should fall back to "media-player-banshee".

The current behaviour is that Banshee uses "media-player-banshee" for all Banshee icons, eliminating the possibility of themes customizing just the panel icon, rather than hitting all other Banshee icons.

A patch for this is attached.
