Rhythmbox just stops playing in the middle of playback and doesn't respond any more thereafter. The following error message is displayed.

Does this still happen with the latest release? Does it happen for all files or only specific files? If it only happens for specific files, could you provide such a file?
Also, what's the complete output on the terminal when this error happens?
