font size demonstration

I find the default setting of 7 for the minimum font size far too small. I have increased it to 8, but web pages still render with a font that is smaller than 8 points. It looks like epiphany is still using 6 or 7 point fonts to me.

The screenshot shows the Gtk font selector in the foreground, displaying an 8 point font, and a screenshot from GNOME's bugzilla in the background, showing that the fonts used are smaller than 8 points.

This may in fact be a duplicate of bug 596396, but I'm really not sure.
Comment 2 Jeremy Nickurak 2010-05-18 22:28:16 UTC
Facebook and slashdot both have relatively small fonts, even if the 'minimum font size' is set to something huge like 30pt. Epiphany's at version 2.30.2, webkit at 1.2.0
Comment 3 Jeremy Nickurak 2010-05-18 22:30:42 UTC
Indeed, that looks like a duplicate, since the minimum size DOES apply in some cases.
