After the transfer is finished the dialog doesn't disappear anymore as it used to (AFAIK).

Exactly the same problem for me under Gentoo with 2.28.6, but not sure if it's a gnome-bluetooth problem or something else :-/

Seems to be an obexd issue, as if I downgrade to obexd 0.21, it works again.
Pacho, could you confirm you're using obexd 0.22, and when downgrading to 0.21 it works fine.
