Description Ramon Martínez 2010-03-17 20:41:58 UTC
After last upgrading, the behaviour when dragging and dropping in grid view has changed. Resizing windows when dragging and dropping results in an usability regression, from my point of view.

Steps to reproduce, using grid view, 9 workspaces, for example:

1. open a window (empathy, for example) in one workspace
2. resize window to cover 1/4 or 1/3 of workspace
3. go to overlay mode and drag and start moving empathy window

It gets resized as soon as the window is moved in overlay mode, and the resized window is bigger than the workspace (so it don't "fit" in any workspace).

I don't know if there is a way to get a screenshot in overlay mode...
