Trivial fix

Due to bug #596205, Glade escaped the ➣ characters in the user creator window, thus making the localization of the affected string not work.

I think there will be no problem with approving this string freeze break :).

Indeed, I've just verified that with the French translation. Please commit ASAP, that will allow translators to fix the previously untranslated string I uncovered last week at the same time. Thanks!
