There are some cases where it is hard to reach the window selection box of the alt-tab app switcher.

1. Use tab or arrow navigation to select an application with multiple windows.
2. Pause
3. Window box appears
4. Move mouse toward window box
5. As mouse passes over the app box (main switcher) the selection changes and the window box disappears.


One solution may be to only change the app selection after a short delay.  Similar to what we do after using keyboard navigation.  However, the window selection should react immediately.
