The page/subpage structure is not preserved in XML output, that is <innerpage> tag is missing.

I have fixed this and verified it's working in my case, just by adding one line to function "generateXMLForPage()" inside "xmlgen.cpp":

  writeInnerPages(pd->getSubPages(),t);

between <title> and <detaileddescription> tags (line 1806 for v1.6.3).

This bug was previously marked ASSIGNED, which means it should be fixed in
doxygen version 1.7.0. Please verify if this is indeed the case. Reopen the
bug if you think it is not fixed and please include any additional information
that you think can be relevant.
