Description Bernd Prünster 2010-03-09 21:29:25 UTC
Playlists are always saved in a directory (which the user can set using the .is_audio_player file) INSIDE the music dierectory, which is really annoying for rockbox users like myself
Comment 1 Bernd Prünster 2010-03-09 21:48:09 UTC
using

playlist_path=../Playlists/

in the .is_audio-player file does the trick, but this should not be the default behaviour
Comment 2 Cameron DeCoster 2010-04-02 20:12:50 UTC
I can confirm that this happens using my Droid on 1.6. I'll try the listed workaround tonight.

FYI, this is pretty close to a duplicate of https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=587756.

i have noted the same behavior while i was studying the related code to sync playlists. i will try to come up with a fix for this bug while i fix those concerning syncing playlists and relative paths in those playlists

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version.

Our custom support for RockBox device puts playlists in Music/Playlists/. If that's wrong, please file a new bug to get that changed.
