[oggdemux] broken dirac video timestamps with Bbc_backstage-GeorgeWrightOnTheNewInnovationInUbuntu810656.ogv

The second video on this page: http://www.mail-archive.com/schrodinger-devel@lists.sourceforge.net/msg00129.html http://blip.tv/file/get/Bbc_backstage-GeorgeWrightOnTheNewInnovationInUbuntu810656.ogv doesn't play properly (in pull mode, after download): the video timestamps are messed up. I'm not sure if this is a bug, the video might predate the final dirac ogg mapping spec, just thought I'd file it for now.
00:00:00.000: serialno 0361009983, granulepos 0, packetno 0 *** bos: 16 bytes 0000: 4b57 2d44 4952 4143 0000 03e9 0000 0010 KW-DIRAC........ Yup, old mapping. This is no longer supported, but it's rather surprising that it tries to play. Also, the Dirac file itself has a framerate of 1001/16, which is probably incorrect.
