I am using Averatec 3200 notebook with AMD Turion & 1 GB RAM.

When power chord is pulled or plugged-in, the system shuts down itself.

Using Fedora 13 with the following modules

Kernel v2.6.33.3-85.fc13.i686
devicekit-power v0.9.0-1.fc13.i686
gnome-power-manager v2.30.1-1.fc13.i686

Note: I am using same version in Acer 5100 with AMD Turion, & 3 GB RAM and pulling or plugging the power chord do not have the same affect.

bugzilla.gnome.org is being replaced by gitlab.gnome.org. We are closing all old bug reports in Bugzilla which have not seen updates for many years.

If you can still reproduce this issue in a currently supported version of GNOME (currently that would be 3.38), then please feel free to report it at https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-power-manager/-/issues/

Thank you for reporting this issue and we are sorry it could not be fixed.
