GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 611738
can't set update interval using keyboard
Last modified: 2011-11-11 10:03:55 UTC
To see the problem, open the System Monitor Preferences dialog. Click in the box that says "Update interval in seconds" and type a new number. Press Close to close the dialog. Now open the Preferences dialog again. You'll see that the update interval has not changed. I can use the arrows next to the update interval text box to change the update interval without a problem. The problem occurs only when I enter a new update interval using the keyboard. I'm running System Monitor 2.28.0 on Ubuntu 9.10.
I can confirm this bug still on Ubuntu 10.04 and System Monitor 2.28.0
Additional information: You can actually change it using a keyboard, but then you NEED to press Enter after typing in the number. If you don't press Enter, the Update interval is not updated.
