Description Nicholas Panayis 2010-03-03 01:16:31 UTC
Attempting to use appsrc or pushfile with a video created from a camera the typefind sets itself to be mp3.

The mpg file can be found with Tim-Philipp Müller or try head --bytes=999kB video.mpg > start.mpg

Does this still happen with the latest releases? If it does, could you make the file or the start of the file available?
Comment 2 Akhil Laddha 2011-07-07 05:43:52 UTC
Nicholas, can you please provide the sample file if you can reproduce the problem with latest release ?
Comment 3 Akhil Laddha 2011-08-19 05:03:23 UTC
Please feel free to reopen this bug if the problem still occurs with a newer version of GStreamer Core 0.10.35, Base Plugins 0.10.35, Good Plugins 0.10.30 stable release, tia.
Comment 4 Tim-Philipp Müller 2011-08-19 09:01:31 UTC
Guys, it says clearly that I am supposed to have had the sample file...

(I don't seem to have it anymore actually, but still)
