A shortcut key can be provide to quickly change focus to notification area with the keyboard. 


This will enable quickly jump to notification area and access the icons with great ease.

bugzilla.gnome.org is being replaced by gitlab.gnome.org. We are closing all
old feature requests in Bugzilla which have not seen updates for many years.
