Description Robert Brennan 2010-02-19 18:59:22 UTC
Version 1.9.16
OS: Windows Vista SP2

When File>Open is selected, the file selection dialog box contains no data. If the mouse is dragged over the area, the data appears. The data persists and can be accessed when the dialog is left open. If the dialog is closed and then reopened, you must drag again with the mouse.

Similar behaviour happens in the Edit>Preferences dialog, and in other dialogs where user data is typed in. Sometimes you must click or double click on the box to see the data that you have just entered, because it "disappears".
