Description Robin Stocker 2010-02-18 22:59:36 UTC
Bug 609315 has implemented a "Open containing folder" action, but a "Reveal in file manager" action would be even better. It would also open the folder the file is in, but also select (and scroll to) it.
Comment 1 Robin Stocker 2010-02-18 23:00:39 UTC
The needed functionality is not yet available in nautilus.

Confirming.
Comment 5 Mads Peter Rommedahl 2010-07-19 09:29:16 UTC
"Reveal" seems to me a strange word to use in this regard. What about "Show"? Since I assume we just show the file, we don't 'reveal' any hidden mystery :)

Assuming you're native English speaker.

Banshee is not under active development anymore and had its last code changes more than three years ago. Its codebase has been archived.

Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping to reflect
reality. Please feel free to reopen this ticket (or rather transfer the project
to GNOME Gitlab, as GNOME Bugzilla is being shut down) if anyone takes the
responsibility for active development again.
