Description Fabian Deutsch 2010-02-16 20:49:48 UTC
Hello,

there are a couple of default folders (xdg-defaults?) like Documents, Videos and Pictures.
It would be nice if nautilus (or whatever is responsible) to assign corresponding icons to these folders. Like document-emblem for Documents, ...

This feature already exist in gnome 2.28 with glib 2.22 and a icon theme which implement the custom icon for folders (Fedora has it for instance)

Baptiste is right.

Comment 3 Fabian Deutsch 2010-02-16 21:36:18 UTC
Right. I could also reproduce this when creating a new user.
A bit odd is, thta special folder-icons are used, not emblems.

Thanks.

No, we just use special folder icons, not emblems, emblems are set only by users.
