GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 610066
Boulder, Colorado is not included in the Locations.xml file
Last modified: 2010-02-23 06:36:53 UTC
Boulder, Colorado is not included in the Locations.xml file. Here's the missing information: <city><name msgtxt="City in Colorado, United States">Boulder</name><coordinates>40.019444 -105.292778</coordinates><location><name>Boulder Municipal Airport</name><code>KBJC</code><zone>COZ039</zone><radar>den</radar><coordinates>40.039444 -105.225833</coordinates></location></city> I've used this on my recently installed karmic x64 with libgweather 2.28.0-1 and it works fine. David
This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
(In reply to comment #1) Hi, Apologies for being a bit unfamiliar with the lingo, but does this mean that the information for Boulder, Colorado, USA will appear in the next release after 2.29.90? I'm asking because the Locations.xml.in file in 2.29.90 has a Kalgoorlie Boulder Airport, but that's in Australia. thanks, David
Right: the change will add the one in Colorado. I've got Locations.xml.in changed on my machine but haven't pushed it up to the repository yet. I'm running into some funkiness on another change to the same file. I should have the image up for 2.29.91 up shortly.
