could be a dupe of bug 571579

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
Without a stack trace from the crash it's very hard to determine what caused it.
Can you get us a stack trace? Please see http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces for more information on how to do so. Thanks in advance!

Comment 4 Akhil Laddha 2010-02-11 05:53:18 UTC
I don't see any crash from the traces.

Recreating account "crashes" evolution

Despite no absence of a seg fault, the evolution process "crashes" when I recreate the account and try to authenticate.

I suspect this problem occured when I changed password to the Exchange server.
Comment 6 Akhil Laddha 2010-03-29 04:58:22 UTC
Do you run evolution under gdb ? If you don't run evolution under gdb, do you get bug-buddy pop up when application crash.

Again trace in comment#5 doesn't show anything.

It will be better if you can try in evolution-mapi 0.30.0 which will be released on March 31, 2010.
Comment 7 ross.darnell 2010-03-29 06:51:28 UTC
Upgraded to 2.29.3. I do _not_ have issues with authentication now.
Comment 8 Akhil Laddha 2010-03-29 07:01:04 UTC
cool.
