Knowing that someone is typing in a muc is not very interesting so we should remove this icon. Instead, the icon should be display in the muc contacts list (bug #609419).

we should have both, you can't see who is typing in a muc if the tab isn't open. For some higher priority mucs i still find it useful information that someone is typing even if i don't know who it is
