Running debian with latest gnome-shell checkout.

Not sure if it is every kde app that does this, but just tested with dolphin and okular, and they both have this bug.

Reproduce steps:
* open kde app from menu
* add to favourites
* close app
* click on favourites icon to relaunch app
* nothing happens (you would expect app to launch)

kde apps are debian packages, not self compiled.
