When using the back and forward buttons in the text import wizard, the area where the text to be imported is displayed doesn't redraw properly.

I seem to be getting additional redrawing problems in other places where lists appear, like the font selection and cell formatting dialogue. The general symptom appears to be that list items only appear when you point the mouse at them.
