Nautilus mounts Samba share, it appears in 'Places' menu and on Desktop. Then it shows a blank window when I try to list shares on the same server after some time.
OS is Ubuntu Karmic. What files should I supply to help you fix the problem?

This seems to be an issue in the Samba gvfs backend.
