Description ssmeenk 2010-02-03 15:26:44 UTC
When you try to 'Move to trash' a file stored on read-only media, RhythmBox pops-up a window telling you it was unable to move the file. That's fine...

Now when you select 1000 files and 'Move to trash' them all, RhythmBox pops-up 1000 windows telling you it was unable to move each seperate file. That's a problem.

Same happens when you order RhythmBox to copy 15000 files to your iPod which only fits ~5000, about 10000 windows pop up telling you it was unable to copy said file because there was not enough room.

This severely messes up windowmanagers and eventually locks up X completely and/or freezes the computer with no other option than to SysRq reboot it.

Please consider 'accumulating' errors in just *one* errormessage popup-window, sort of like the 'Import Errors'-overview in the main interface.
