Gstreamer is unable to handle some files that play fine with mplayer/vlc/ffplay

the error is the following:

gstjpegdec.c(1261): gst_jpeg_dec_chain (): /GstPlayBin:playbin0/GstDecodeBin:decodebin0/GstJpegDec:jpegdec0:
Error #69: Unsupported marker type 0x%02x

I think other players ignore this error, attached is a sample file
