GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 608373
Inaccessible directory has same emblem as read-only directory
Last modified: 2010-01-31 14:29:35 UTC
When a user has no permissions to read a directory Nautilus places a lock emblem on the directory. However, the same emblem is also used when a user can't write to a directory. This is confusing. Two different emblems should be used. This bug was originally reported by ceg on Launchpad in Ubuntu at <https://launchpad.net/bugs/489977>.
Apologises. This turned out to be a bug in the theme of the reporter. Nautilus does already use two different emblems for the two different kind of directories.
