vpn connection failure notification

Try to create a vpn connection using the network manager (try with wrong password). A notification saying "VPN Connection Failed:..", only a part of the notification is visible as in the attachment.

yup, we've already got a patch for this but it was waiting on some design work. should be fixed soon
