Description Johan Brannlund 2010-01-19 18:33:22 UTC
When viewing a document for the first time, the "page index" side pane always appears by default. It would be nice to have an option so that the side pane never appears unless selected with a menu/keypress, especially on laptops with smaller screens. Such an option doesn't appear to exist.
