Patch to README

OK, minor nit, but a good dry run on submitting patches.

The ./README has various spelling, grammar, and address errors.  The patch is included below.

Hi.

Would you care to update the README file with more current information ?

It still speaks of libglade while that is a deprecated library, ultimately
we should only be mentioning GtkBuilder here.

The "General Information" part should probably match the same text that
is displayed on glade.gnome.org and included in release emails.
