GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 607209
Tbilisi, capital of Georgia is not in city list
Last modified: 2010-02-08 00:47:17 UTC
Originally reported here https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libgweather/+bug/359264 The time zone options have Georgia as a country, but the capital city (Tbilisi) cannot be selected in the clock applet as a location. This seems different from every other selectable nation. It is also odd as Georgian is a supported translation of Ubuntu. Here is definition <country><name msgctxt="Country">Georgia</name><iso-code>GE</iso-code><fips-code>GG</fips-code><timezones><timezone id="Asia/Tbilisi"/></timezones><tz-hint>Asia/Tbilisi</tz-hint> <state> <name>Tbilisi</name> <fips-code>GG51</fips-code> <city><name>Tbilisi</name><coordinates>25.038889 102.718333</coordinates> <location><name>Tbilisi</name> <code>TBS</code> <coordinates>41.669167 44.954722</coordinates> </location></city></state></country>
This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be checked in later this evening and available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
