Since Coventry airport closed at the beginning of December 09 (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/coventry_warwickshire/8401690.stm) no weather information has been available for Coventry (UK). The data currently being displayed originates from the 8th of December 09.

What is the problem? I can see the weather for Convety, Look the screenshot

Except it's not "9 degrees" in Coventry, the whole of England is under a blanket of snow, and it's in the minuses during the night:
http://news.bbc.co.uk/weather/forecast/2199?&search=coventry&itemsPerPage=10&region=uk

The weather you're seeing is a month old, read the original report again.

So what's the proposal? Removing it?
Comment 4 Philippe Gauthier 2010-01-31 18:25:28 UTC
Birmingham Airport (from location Birmingham, Midlands, United Kingdom) seems to be reasonably close to Coventry, so yes, removing Coventry would be acceptable.
Comment 5 Philippe Gauthier 2010-08-12 12:58:10 UTC
It looks like the Coventry airport was bought and reopened [1] such as the weather station is operational again. I suggest we close this bug.

locations: Remove Coventry's airport

The airport briefly closed between 2009 and 2010, but its weather
station is not advertising METAR information any more, so remove the
airport to make sure another weather station is picked up.

Except that the weather station didn't come back online, or its data sharing has been shut down, as there's no data available for it.
