Patch to fix the bug.

When a line is not bulletted, Alt+Right should enable bullets, not
Alt+Left.
Looks like there was some intention or just some old code was not cleaned. A bug is fixed when few lines of code are removed.

I've been using Gnote with this patch applied all the time after submitting it. It work fine to me.
Is there any reason to hold it any longer?

This problem has been fixed in the development version.
