Use accelerator cell renderer instead eggaccelerators

This was implemented in GTK+ some time ago, see bug #85780 and http://live.gnome.org/ProjectRidley

We have:

GtkCellRendererAccel (deprecating EggCellRendererKeys)
GtkAccelGroup now has features to deprecate EggAccelerator (see bug 85780)
