Description José Aliste 2010-01-06 16:46:14 UTC
The evince application could benefit by exposing DBUS methods that allow to control it, in particular to fix bug #543503. So I open this bug to track the methods we need and to define the proper DBUS introspectable interface. Methods I think would be useful to expose.

0. Source-to-view synctex support.

1. Methods allowing to reproduce user interaction (going into presentation mode, changing zoom, changing rotation, setting scroll position, changing page, etc.). This would be useful since then we can use telepathy and mission control to synchronize evince views in different computers. We could even add (when the support is there) annotation edit/add on-line support!
