This patch removes an unused (and never used) class. Only historic use was the
addition of the class by abock in 2008, after which it was never touched or
referenced.

Please commit, but also remove the reference to the file in src/Core/Banshee.Services/Banshee.Services.csproj.
You should probably edit the csproj by hand, to keep the change clean.
