Arky, please forgive me as I am still getting up to speed on various and sundry aspects of being the new Orca maintainer. But.... What exactly needs to happen with this?

Sorry for the delayed response, was away on a holiday. 

The Orca Technical reference is ported to mallard format, we have a find a spot for this in the docs/ section of the orca source. 

I have rewritten quite few documents, cheats sheets in mallard format for the Orca DocRewrite task
