Can't set/use print headers, footers or margins.

Created attachment 150166 [details] PDF sheets printed by Epiphany Epiphany (version 2.29.3 with Debian sid) does not print any headers and footers although following configs are selected (with gconf-editor): /apps/epiphany/dialogs/print_date /apps/epiphany/dialogs/print_page_numbers /apps/epiphany/dialogs/print_page_title /apps/epiphany/dialogs/print_page_url Furthermore Epiphany does not respect printing margins anymore.

Margins print just fine now (please see my attached file), but header and footer printing support is still unavalaible in Epiphany.
Header and footer printing is still unavailable in Epiphany but also in all other Webkit based browsers. Furthermore the margins in Epiphany were still not respected (!) so that the size of the margins is always equal (means that the option to specify the margins – ‘Page Properties’ – does not work). I have now reported a new bug report to the ‘libwebkit-1.0-2’ package in Debian so please have a look at this bug report. I don't think we have any options for changing margins or adding headers/footers anymore.
