gtk-doc tarball does not build

I am running gnome-doc-utils.make in autogen.sh. I think this is a bug in recent scrollkeper packages where they have renamed the binaries for weired reasons. It's difficult to file scrollkeeper patches as the project is kind-of-dead.
Ohh, shit. Somehow the patched file ended up in the tar-ball. I'll do a brown paperback release.
