GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 604832
gnome-terminal -hold would be nice
Last modified: 2009-12-17 15:56:30 UTC
gnome-terminal is missing a -hold functionality like xterm has one. There, you can do a "xterm -hold -e ls" for example, and it lists the contents of the directory and waits. Doing a "gnome-terminal -e ls" closes the terminal right away, without giving the user a chance to look at the output.
