When i tried to install the git version of gst-plugins-good in my feodora9 ,i got the follwing errors in make and in make ERROR_CFLAGS=''

Making all in videomixer

Looks like a duplicate. Please re-open if it still happens with up-to-date git master from today.Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
This particular bug has already been reported into our bug tracking system, but we are happy to tell you that the problem has already been fixed. It should be solved in the next software version. You may want to check for a software upgrade.
