looks like a translations issue:

es.po:msgstr "Archivos PNG"
it.po:msgstr "File PNG"
pl.po:msgstr "Pliki PNG"
pt_BR.po:msgstr "Arquivos PNG"
ro.po:msgstr "Fișiere PNG"

Thanks for your bug report. This issue has been fixed in "gnome-2-28" and "master" branches for Spanish translation files.

Reassigning the bug to Italian translation team.
