"Links contained in a XML file with the format:

Are opened with gnome-terminal using the "open link" feature with an extra less than sign ("<") added at the end. It shouldn't be there.

I tried it with GNOME-Terminal 3.6.1 (Ubuntu 13.04) and the problem still exists. The less-then sign is in the URL. The terminal tries to open http://www.website.com/2746530%3C

Fixed by the regex rewrite from bug 756038.
