FileRoller is in general great. I however have one feature request. When right clicking a folder in Nautilus and chooses compress there should be an option about what to do with files that are symbolic links. Pressently they are not included at all. It would be very nice to choos between
incude link file
do not include
follow link and include the original file

bugzilla.gnome.org is being replaced by gitlab.gnome.org. We are closing all old bug reports and feature requests in GNOME Bugzilla which have not seen updates for a long time.
