As done for base libgda, libgdaui requires to add GObject Introspection support.

Initial support for GOI in GDA UI extension

This patch adds support for GOI introspection. The GIR file depends on GDA's GIR. Actually GDA's GIR needs to include some *.c files in order to improve support for GOI.
