<Robot101> I don't mind including the protocol icon in the tooltip perhaps
<Robot101> I'd make the tooltip have the alias as its title, followed by presence, identifier then account
<Robot101> also, it can stop being the same as the contact info dialog, because we have actual contact info so we need to have a spinner while we retreive stuff, and show more than the tooltip does

The items there are all present, and "improve contact tooltips" is not specific enough.
