Hello,

I could not find previous mention.
Athena worked fine in 2.26 Does not work properly in 2.28. Upright cards not on top of the stack are supposed to be movable.

This was changed because of bug 355381.

I checked again what other solitaire programmes do (linked in bug 355381 comment 12), and they all agree that the change was correct. Closing this.
