Pop-up error that displays upon each program start of Dia v0.97

I successfully followed the directions to create a new shape by drawing a shape and exporting it. I created a new group to contain the shape, added it, and all worked well at this point. I called this shape "door.shape" and placed it in a new sheet called "Architectural".

I wanted to edit the door.shape file created to make some changes, so at the OS level (Windows XP) I copied door.shape to something like door.safe, made changes to the file, then relaunched Dia. Dia loads with a popup error:

----------------------------------------------------------
Dia: Warning

Several object-types were named Architectural - Door.
Only first one will be used.
Some things might not work as expected.

                                              | Close |

-----------------------------------------------------------

I ended up deleting the modified door.shape, renaming door.safe back to door.shape (restoring as it was originally), then relaunched Dia. The error message continues to appear each time. I even went back into File - Sheets and Shapes and deleted the object. It no longer appears in the Architectural sheet, but the error message persists.

I was afraid to check the box "Don't show this message again" as I was scared it might disable this error from recurring in the future should it happen again.

Please check your system for additional copies of your new shape.
Note that Dia uses two different locations to load shapes:

* The shapes folder (and its subfolders) of your Dia installation directory.
* The .dia/shapes folder (and its subfolders) (containing your personal Dia settings) - Note the "." in ".dia"

When making backup copies of shapes you are creating, please make sure that these do not end up in the above mentioned folders as this will result in the above warning message.

If the problem persists, please provide the following information:

* Dia installation location
* Location of your .dia folder

When you delete the shape in the Sheets and Objects Dialog, only its reference in the sheet will be removed.

If you would like to restore your Dia installation to the state after installation, remove the contents of your .dia folder - this will also make all warning messages appear again.
