ns_extend error SVG (from openclipart.org)

Opening the attached SVG and importing paths, I get this error:

Loads fine here. Most probably the copy of librsvg that is included with GIMP is not the latest release.

Oh, actually I didn't try to import paths. Of course this will give an error as our path importer doesn't support entities.
