It would be very useful to be able to "reassign bugs to owner of selected
component" without also changing the product. Currently the bug_list.cgi
script does not allow this, but it would be relatively easy to add.

Although I dunno what louie said, this looks to be fixed in 2.16, so
when the upgrade comes, all should be well.
